usually have a pleasant experience but customer sidn in machine down and the were working off a hand written list where my name had been crossed off as if I had been waited on. Had to call their attention to their mistake after sitting there over an hour! Thinking I might need a new shop of this happens again
Just left SuperCuts and the new guy, Chris is FANNNNTASTIC. Never had my lines cut so clean or had someone pay such attention to detail on my hair and he's very friendly and easy to talk and joke with. This guy is definitely a keeper for you guys and needs a raise.

Katie is the bomb! I walked out of the first place I attempted to get a hair cut with terrible service. Walked in and was greeted by katie. She was positive, upbeat and listened to everything my wife and I wanted. So happy to find a great stylist. Hire more katies!!!
