due to covid I had to wait outside. I completely understood. They were kind enough to let my 91 year old mother sit inside. But I waited outside for for over an hour. 20 minutes after they cut my mother's hair and the last customer came out I finally went in to see what was going on. EVERY employee was in the back chatting. when I came in, the receptionist looked out but then went back in the room. when I told my mother we could go, they finally came out, saying some BS about shift change and cleaning. no one was cleaning. t... read more

My son ask her to cut a little off his hair n she cut it very short. He is very upset but what can I do? I can’t glue the hair back on!! They need to listen to their customers - especially teenagers cuz their hair n style is very important to him! Now I have an upset n sad child!
Melanie is such a GEM! She is always great when she cuts my sons hair. He is a wiggly one!! I have a super short asemetrical style, and she is always so good at getting it just right!!! A great lady, and a great stylist!
if it wasnt for KAT this place would shut down. get an apt. with Kat or go somewhere else
Should get 10 stars. Kat is the best. Cuts our entire family and we won't go anywhere else. We moved 45 minutes away and still make the trip just to see her. Our son has never known another stylist - he would never let anyone else cut his hair. Always professional, service oriented, and does an amazing job.
