How does this place get worse and worse, I shouldn't waste my time, but I did. Nasty customers, dirty with coughing kids and a rude stylist. Says she has an appointment but when I ask if we can make an appointment says they don't do that! Um you can't have it both ways. Calling to report you guys to the franchise.
