do not honor appointment times falsely give appointments for services they cant honor just basically cant be trusted
Only time I received a good cut was when Andrew Stylez worked there. After being lied to for months about him being on "vacation" or "not in today" from the other stylists who had a terrible attitude whenever I asked for him. I discovered he no longer works there.Thank god I was able to find him myself over at A Wild Hair Salon. Who knows how long Supercuts would have kept lying to me wasting my time. Took my grandson Caiden in for his back-to-school haircut. The salon was busy, but our wait time was less than 10 minutes. The whole staff was friendly and the young lady Vita was patient with my wiggle worm of a kid and she did a wonderful job. The vibe was great. Thankyou for nice experience 💖
