Worst costumer service my mom has every experienced over the phone. Deja refused to let my mother speak to the manager after asking 5 times and continued to be argumentative. When I called the day before she was rude to me as well. Sad because Emily gave my mom a great color & cut, but Deja has now ruined this experience and we will never be returning.
