no. I ordered a Paul Mitchell hair conditioner months ago. long before Covid 19. never did I receive a call. I had to order it from Paul Mitchell directly.
She butchered my hair! I have had the cut for a week and everytime I style it I find another mistake. Only fix is to grow it out.
my stylist was Janelle, she did exactly what I wanted. she was very interactive, asked plenty of questions, and was super patient about me having to put my glasses back on every 2 seconds to see the progress of my haircut. I loved it, 10/10 I’d go back.
Had a nice person to cut my hair. She was sweet and very easy going to talk to while cutting my hair. Knew what I wanted when I told her and it came out wonderful! Thank you girls!!
Was told our wait time was 20 minutes. After waiting 40 I asked how much longer, reminding them that we were told 20 minutes, was told 10 more minutes with a half-hearted apology. I decided to wait it out (luckily it was just a just 10) since we had already wasted our time- this is our last time here- no consideration for other people's time and total disregard for the fact that we had been sitting here.
