We used to come here all the time before we switch the the other concord location. The Loudon Rd location is unbelievably rude, inconsiderate and very unprofessional Nevermind the terrible job they do. For example about five minutes ago this happened; my husband just called and made an appointment for one of our children well he made it at the wrong salon and booked it at the Loudon Rd location, they called to see where they were and was incredibly rude to myself and then my … See more
Abby P has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for us. My son has struggled with some sensory processing things-making a hair cut not an enjoyable experience. BUT-Abby has experience with children and took her time with my son and she is not the only one he will let cut his hair!
I always go to Supercuts and the last 3 years Abbey has been cutting my hair and I went a little different this time she always does as I ask and she even gives her ideas and it always turns out better and I always walk out with a smile and there is always great conversation with all the ladies there they make you laugh and enjoy your day getting your hair cut. Thank you again Abbey you are amazing.

I love coming to this Supercuts particularly for Abby. She always makes my eyebrows look amazing and when she does my hair she makes me feel like a beautiful queen!
