I’ve been seeing Melinda for quite some time now. Let me tell you, I have never been disappointed!!! She literally gives the very best cut and style I have ever had!!!! She’s the best hands down!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Today I had a cut and style from James. I have used him for a number of years and today drove 150 miles round trip to see him again. Love his cuts, love the comfort he provides for his clients, shop is clean and bright and just wish he didn't have to leave me to go take care of front desk. Maybe you guys need a front desk person to free up your stylists?

Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes ahead of time, waited 30 minutes past appointment and left. Only one stylist was working while the other sat in a chair on her phone. The working stylist was attending to someone who brought in about 3 kids and was working on each one. Folks who make appointments should be serviced BEFORE those who don't. Won't do back - SportClips is across the street and they honor their appointment times.

There is no manager or adult supervision at the Super cuts on 16 Blvd, near Fresh Market. They were triple booked when I went in for my appointment and had to wait 90 minutes for my appointment. They have good folks working there, but need someone in charge.
