This isn't the first time. Just booked on the app. 0 minute wait. Walk to all empty chairs. Girl rude AF tells me she is all booked and the app was wrong. Again, this is a multiple time thing with this location. How the F do you stay in business?! I have photos of the app confirmation, and every chair empty, and they still would not take my 4 minute haircut?! WTF?! Do Not Use This Supercuts. #visitoshkosh
I went to Rachel to get my hair cut and was on the fence about getting a certain cut, she convinced me I could rock it with confidence and I was so happy with the turn out! A week later I brought in my grandmother who was 98 and Rachel made her feel comfortable the whole time, she left smiling and loved it! 100% recommend.
