Make an appointment!!!!! I used to go to Ben's Hair Cuts in South Pasadena, until one day I found that it had closed. I went then to Supercuts, where I received a very decent haircut...but what a wait! I found that it is an extremely popular place, and my lesson was that I needed to make an appointment. I will go back, but with an appointment next time. An hour and a half wait is just too long.
Worth the money; make an appointment Regarding the long wait: make an appointment! Otherwise, before holidays, on Friday afternoons, most Saturdays, etc., you're going to have a long wait-30 minutes to an hour. My rating, below, is based on price; at 16 bucks or whatever it's a 5 star. If it were thirty, I'd give it maybe 2-3 stars. You get what you pay for.
Crooked Haircut I have taken my 3 year old here twice already. The first time was a decent experience. The Stylist did a good job and exactly what I wanted. The Second time was a disaster. First the wait was an hour and the results of his haircut was horrible. I could have cut his hair myself. The front was crooked, sideburns cut off. No good Ive been there a few times... decent haircuts but DANG the lines are outrageous. Takes like 2 hours if you walk in and 30-45 with an appointment. They really have GOT to fix this problem. Just hire more help, its not difficult.
Re: A terrible mistake...unsatisfied experience I had a great experience with the West Los Angeles Supercuts, however since I was in the area, I thought that I would get a similar experience. I was wrong. Wait time was short, so that was good. Service was horrible, The stylist spent no more than 3 mins, my hair cut came out choppy and really short in the back, and really long and straight in the front. great for kids too My 13 year old son goes here. They are fast friendly and will cut his long hair, cuz my barber won't. They offer many styles and he is always happy with the cut and I am with the price. I tip them too.
Excellent hair cuts for men I've been going to Supercuts for the past 4 years and I've never had a bad hair cut. My two sons (8 and 10) like their hair cuts from Supercuts too. For men they do a great job and are done quickly. My wife prefers more expensive stylists but I think that for the boys and me a 20 minute haircut is just perfect.
They rock ! I used to work there, I now work at the one in Covina which also Rocks!!!!!!!! Staci is the bomb and so is Linda, Franny,Carmen, Yeghine, and all of the others! I worked there for 5 and a half years....God bless them all. Great Haircuts I have been getting my haircut by Ara for over two years. I am always happy with the style. He takes a great deal of time and gets it just right. I call 1/2 hr. ahead and have my name put on the list and rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes.
