I had a horrible experience at this salon recently. The person who worked on me seemed to be in a rush, and in the process was WAY to rough. It was the most painful and stressful haircut I have ever had. When she washed my hair, her nails hurt my scalp as she ran her finger through my hair. It felt like I was being yanked and pulled all over the place. My hair got caught in her acrylic, and she seemed more concerned that her nail had a crack in it than pulling my hair out.
