Good for what they are! I'm not into the chain haircutting places, but my daughter wanted a haircut and I couldn't get her in someplace else. So we stopped by there. They are really good at listening and following directions, so I was pretty impressed with that. I've had a lot of negative experiences at chains like this one. But they did a good job on her hair, and I'd take her back! PROS: Inexpensive and don't need an appointment CONS: Don't know how they do at other services: colors, highlights, etc.
