My elderly mom had an appointment at 12noon today with Sherry. We arrived at 1159am, and proceeded to wait until 1215pm begore asking how much longer it would be and the response was " Sherry is out back cleaning and will be with you shortly." At 1230pm, I made a 1245pm appointment online with another salon just down the road and we proceeded to leave. It was at this point my mom was told that Sherry was just about to come and get her.
