I would advise anyone going to this Supercheap store of the nature and disrespect of the assistant manager or supervisor of how she treats her staff in very rude disrespectful way ,as I was waiting to be served with a few items I had , I observed this assistant manager/supervisor how she belittle her staff with utmost "bullying to" the point that I was totally disgusting of how she treated her staff , and as of amatter of fact I will not return to this store ever again , I will return to other stores of course which I have d... read more
Santa and Shelby have been amazing at service, these guys definitely need some recognition, professional polite and very helpful. Thank you so much im a really happy customer if there was 10 stars I'd vote 10 stars on their attitude, Unfortunately I can't comment about the manager Lucy she needs to learn how to speak to her employees. Maybe she needs to be dropped and replaced by santa or Shelby.
I’m writing to express my disappointment with my experience today at the Supercheap Auto in Hoxton Park. I went in to pick up an online order of brake rotors, pads, oils, and grease. The team member assisting me, Santa, was incredibly polite, but when she went to retrieve the order from the staff room, it was too heavy for her.
