Absolute nightmare of an automated ordering system. I changed my CPAP mask model 9 months ago, but their brain-dead system keeps sending me the wrong one. I have personally gone to the front desk THREE times to update my records, spoke directly with the staff member who set up my machine, and even had my doctor resend a new prescription with the correct mask model. They (Supercare) take FOREVER to get your order filled over 4 months with continual excuses. They expect the patient to keep following up to find out why their process just stopped and no one cared to follow up to gain any additional information. As the patient I had to call and call and call. If you need supplies it takes almost two weeks. I highly recommend Lindcare Oxygen Supply who I was with previously for years. Super Care does not care about your health, making deliver of equipment that does not even have the AC plug used for the c-pap machine straight from the battery now, not even able to use as well because I cannot not charge it since it was supposed to have a place to plug in nor can I use the oxygen hose and since I wasn’t provide it. They stated on a E- mail to make a one day delivery and at last minute they changed it for the next day. They are not serious about people health.
