For the last year you have fraudulently billed my insurance companies for a Nebulizer machine I Never Received. I have contacted Medicare, Cal-Optima and the Inspector General's office via phone and emails about your fraud and have sent them emails of this letter and correspondence. They take advantage to people that need equipment to be able to live. My son needed an oxygen machine and they said that it only co.es with 1 battery, the rest can be shipped but they charge a monthly rental that insurance doesn't cover for each additional battery ($50 each battery) then come to find out they even charge for the power cord. It’s been two weeks since we ordered a suction machine for my dad and there has been no action from this company. They outsource to Indian call centers and all they do is disregard patient’s needs. Despite the many follow ups there has been zero progress on this request. My dad has Parkinson’s and relies on a suction machine for daily function. SuperCare Health? More like ShittyCare Health.
Absolute nightmare of an automated ordering system. I changed my CPAP mask model 9 months ago, but their brain-dead system keeps sending me the wrong one. I have personally gone to the front desk THREE times to update my records, spoke directly with the staff member who set up my machine, and even had my doctor resend a new prescription with the correct mask model.
