Gerald provided excellent installation instruction! He was on time
Very strange. Super care won't process my order for equipment even though they are in all my insurance's Network and my insurance says these items are covered in my plan. Super Care says they are not affiliated with my doctor's DME, whatever that means. Called my doctor and they are just as baffled saying the patient can use. whatever medical supply provider they choose as long as they accept the insurance, which Super Care does accept all my insurances but still won't fill the order. My first review was written out of frustration. Initially, things started off on the wrong foot, however, I am incredibly happy by how the company handled the follow up of my concerns. I just got off the phone with Kim, who personally reached out and went above and beyond to ensure my issues were resolved. It's rare to see this level of genuine care. It takes one person to make a world of difference, and because of her stellar service, I'm finally on the right track. Thanks Kim!
Horrible customer service, very rude and all have attitudes, if I can give zero stars I would, not sure how these people can be employed acting like that here or anywhere. Dealt with Cierra, Susan and Amery, not sure what location they are at. Very disappointing!
