This is the most unprofessional medical company i have dealt with. Called and said we needed respiratory support for my mom - they took SEVEN hours to call back. They were suppose to come pick up medical equipment, their team lied and said they stopped by the house and we were home all day. I’d stay far away from this place.
Love the company . Never had a problem with them processing my orders or swapping out my oxygen machine or my portable.
Bradley Taylor respiratory therapist has been excellent with my daughter’s complex medical conditions prader willi syndrome, restrictive lung disease, fluid retention, severe scoliosis, obstructive sleep apnea, obesity hyperventilation and respitory failure. I am beyond thankful for all his knowledge and proving the correct help for my daughter’s complex medical conditions.
They were very polite, and very respectful.
