I just received my phone call from Jennifer S to help me with the set up of this new facial gear I now need to wear (Thank you very much sleep apnea lol). Jennifer was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient when explaining to me the steps needed to get this machine up and running which honestly was super easy. Ray is so helpful texted him to let him know that I was having trouble contacting the oxygen department to report my oxygen concentrator wasn’t working properly. He told me step by step how to check filters n had his manager call me back. Later in the day he came by to switch out my concentrator.
Ray was compassionate and actually cared and earned my 5 stars. He came and clearly explained everything. He was patient, knowledgeable and spoke from his own first-hand experience which was truly valuable. I wish I could have given Ray 10 stars!!
