Our portable suction machine stopped taking a charge. I called Supercare in the morning and had a delivery of a new unit by that afternoon. The driver that delivered was so nice and made sure that we received the correct model and it was working as expected before he left. From the person taking the initial call to the gentleman delivering the new unit the service was exceptional and put our minds to ease. Thank you!
Driver Ronnie very nice, very professional explained process very patiently to an older person like me.
The delivery driver was excellent in his explanations of how to use the oxygen systems. He was very knowledgeable of the equipment and was able to answer my questions. I fully recommend them and him.
