This business is not honest. I have used them for a few years and didn't have much of a problem with them until recently. They called me and asked if I needed my systems checked for the winter to which I said yes and scheduled it. The owner was over an hour late and went to my rental house first. I called and proceeded to tell me (despite the fact that the furnace was working fine) that I needed a new system. We did call to see if they wanted to set up a fall/winter check up as we do for a lot of our clients. She requested after 1pm, which worked for our scheduling because we typically try to schedule calls between 8-Noon or Noon-4. Our technician (NOT OWNER) arrived around 2 pm and was there for approximately 1 1/2 hours. She has 2 locations right beside each other and the tech was going to do both that day.
