This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I was given an appointment and told the technician would be at my house between 1-4pm. At 4pm I called for an ETA, the person who answered the call seemed surprised that I had not heard from a technician yet and said she would have her manager reach out. I called 5 more times between 4pm and 6pm since neither the technician or the manager had called and each time I was told the manager would reach out. I had my carpets and tile floors cleaned by Superb Fallbrook Carpet Care and I highly recommend them. My home looks refreshed and like new.
