No hands on self serve
This is really tough because this used to be my favorite car wash until this last year when the vacuums have gone downhill. There really is no reason that vacuums shouldn't work, the extensions fall off and you have move spots multiple times to find a vacuum that works. I love 30 mins from this wash and this is the first and closest wash to me. The vacuums are frustrating.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I also got an air freshener with my car wash. I will definitely come back!
