I went through this car wash this evening 3/16 with a newer vehicle I had one little pit/rock chip on my windshield before this. I never ever go through these car washes for this same reason but I wanted to get the salt underneath my vehicle off. So I get done park to use the vacuum and thought there was a bunch of white lint on my windshield as I'm driving home I notice tons of chips in my windshield. So I get out sure enough rock chips. It was GREAT!! Best ever, and we've been to lots of them! It was a bit more expensive but really worth it!
I have 3 of my vehicles with he monthly pass. I will not go anywhere else. Do not bother with the lower washes just get the super-platte-num (platinum wash). You will not be disappointed.

Was just through the wash with my pretty dirty cx-7 that had a thin layer of mud since we live on dirt roads. Was not satisfied with the wash. The rubber bristles left streaks of the missed places all over my car. Was surprised by the lack of water they use too. Wouldn't recommend this wash if your car is actually dirty. I will continue sticking to all water washes.
