If you care about your valuables, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! My unit was pillaged & infested by vermin!!! I had furniture destroyed by animals & personal belongings stolen by (human animal) thieves. I filed reports & sent letters to SS corporate offices, they said I needed to file a police report for stolen items but reminded me “they are only responsible for damage up to $500.” I lost $$ in personal items yes, but more than that…I lost belongings that were apart of my life & family memories, they can’t be replaced. The customer service agent I received my Uhaul rental from was very personable and friendly.
One of the best storage facilities I e ever rented from. Everyone here is so accommodating and helpful. I really am glad to have rented from them!
