The customer service agent I received my Uhaul rental from was very personable and friendly.

Moved into Super Storage four months ago, after two other storages - one in Paso Robles and the other in Atascadero - ended up having rodents. I know most of my experiences with storage places are that they are almost always booked so customer service is not a tight priority, although this location has most of its units filled up I can't say enough about Jennifer the lady at the front desk, how polite she is and a very hard worker. Great company. Nice, clean, and safe storage units. Superstorage in Paso Robles were the best storage people to work with compared to other cities in the area. I will definitely use them again should I need to.
