Today the staff were so nice! Daisy went out of her way to bring us their new Snowman car scents — and LET ME TELL YOU, it smells like CHRISTMAS! I was never a fan of their original scent because it gave me headaches, but the new ones are amazing. She also noticed we had kiddos in the back and surprised them with coloring books and stickers. To the guy who let us have a free car was thank you.. your a real one
I had an issue with setting up my membership. Went into the store after the nonexistent online customer service failed to reply to any of my inquiries. The staff there worked with me to resolve my issues and were refreshingly pleasant. The at staff at the 39th ave and happy valley location, Rob and Dee, took a frustrating experience and turned it into a pleasant one.
My car was too muddy to go through but Dave went above and beyond and hosed off my car for me before going through, so kind!!
Was doubled charged for a wash. Employee there said they couldn't refund me and I would have to contact there customer service. Tried multiple times to contact them through multiple different means and can't get a response. Update to their response: I’ve already tried to contact them multiple times through their website contact form and several emails to that email address with no response from the company.
