Mary gave free customer service with good explanation on the additional services available to me. The other location really didn’t go in that much detail. I feel that I’ll continue to come into this location.
Mary gave Excellent assistance keeping us informed about the wash plans available. We frequent the location twice a week and we get recognized and thanked for our continued carwash needs. Everything needed is on location.
Mary helped me with my membership I kept getting charged every month and couldn’t figure out why I was getting charged. So Mary had so much patience with me and finally figured it out that someone was using my account. Mary showed me how to go in my account and cancel the subscription and renew a new one.
