This location seems to be under new management. They have made a couple of changes that I've noticed. You get the air freshener and cleaning cloth on your own. Every time I've arrived someone is there to answer your questions and help you pay. They always have clean towels and window cleaner. This stupid Car Wash scratched my truck in the back and they never responded, they played dumb It's the worst thing there can be, and they don't fix anything, they play crazy. We have 4 vehicles with memberships and always go to the location on 67th ave and happy valley. Tired this location out for the first time and will never go back. There was a very rude & husky young man with black hair operating the tunnel entrance Saturday early afternoon. Shame on you for being so snotty.
I love their business model-it is an easy, “one stop spot” for DYI vehicle cleaners. They provide multi cleaning tools making the process even more convenient for its customers! To make things even better, the teams leaders on location showed me today they go above and beyond clean vehicles. For example, I recently locked my keys in my car, getting locked out.
