Love the membership and how I can go every single day if I want to. I want to say though, that I really feel very uncomfortable the way the guys move their hands when directing you into the wash. It’s like they have mannequin arms. Why can’t they just move their arms in a more natural way. Also I wish the vacuums sucked like they used to.

I arrived at the location at 7:40 AM during the posted business hours, but there was a sign displayed indicating that the business was closed. I was already there and waiting, which was inconvenient. I recommend updating the hours or ensuring the location opens on time to avoid confusion for customers.
