Broke my outside rearview mirror halfway through wash. Contacted employee and filled out damage claim. That was over a month ago. Employee said they cant do anything at the business and that corporate will contact me. Looks like I will be buying myself a new mirror.
This is tough for me to give them such a low score. I do this because of repeated dishonesty or fraud. I have been a customer since the Orange Grove location opened. I pay $29/monthp. I switched from another unlimited membership. I was very happy until their repeated dishonesty. FRAUD: Their machines are frequently out of tire shine from weeks to months. I absolutely love this car wash it's better than others that are in town. Both times I've used it my car is super clean. On my visit today Mario provided awesome customer service as well, thank you!!
