Slow service in car wash and no one could assist my my pass because the manager left early. Very time consuming and frustrating.
I waited alone with two very young kids for 6 hours while my car got “detailed”. It was EXTREMELY frustrating to see my dusty dashboard as I drove home and to see EVERY window was still dirty as I unloaded the kids when I got home. I should have looked at the car before driving off but i was so desperate to be able to leave. But I think what makes me the most angry is the fact that my seats were already pretty dry. "Any Functioning Adult 2020" bumper sticker on my car sparked a heated political conversation while there. The uneducated, Fox Kool-aid drinking, red necks, barely able to form a sentence are the reason I will NEVER patronize your business again.
I cancelled 4 months ago and I am STILL being charged. I call every month and they say it is being taken care of, BUT nope, still being charged. I was offered a gift certificate until I got nasty and now I am supposedly getting my cash refund BUT for only 3 months because that is their policy. SO since they screw up every month, I am being penalized.
