I dropped the car off at 10:40 AM for the $129 detail to be completed by 1 PM. I scheduled an appointment to sell the car not too far away from this location at 1:30 PM. When i returned at 1:10, the car's detailing was not complete. In fact, the car wasn't ready until 2:15. The buyer who was responsive prior to this incident is now unresponsive. You cost me a potential buyer. Receipts in the comments.
I am so sick of the crappy job they do! I have had so-so washes there before, but yesterday I paid for the ultra wash and it was an ultra disappointment! I was on my way to an appointment so I could go back to complain or wait for them to fix it. I wish I could support a company in my community, but once again we get mediocre service!
My father in-law recently went and had his car washed. A pair of Ray Ban sunglasses were in the front seat and they mysteriously disappeared. He went back to the carwash to ask and confront the manager. He stated he checked the cameras and didn’t see anything. He said he was going to interview the staff and he still hasn’t contacted my father in law. I would not recommend this location. Not trustworthy.
