RecommendedService was excellent. I had a prepaid detail so it takes a little bit longer. I met some nice people and chatted while I waited.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! First and last time I ever use there facility to wash my car. Lube department team is sitting outside smoking weed right in front of there customers. They have no shame. I reported to manager Bryan and he lied telling me the 2 black guys are not his employees, thankfully the Mexican before speaking to manager confirmed they were workers. A company that does the sneaky sneak on its customers is no company I will ever do business with again! Charging me $18.95 for a car wash, then billing my credit card $39.95 for unlimited washes, without my approval. When discovered, I call and a snotty little teeniebopper tells you "I cant help you, you'll have to call corporate Monday... No I'm sorry, just a Shitty attitude! I WILL be calling corporate Monday... and will NEVER do business there again!!
I was there last week renew my fast pass it was not on file they claim I gave them a coupon to get one wash for that day and I didn't I always get the fast pass I would never pay for a regular wash and I can get the Fastpass for Unlimited wash only this time I used my daughter's credit card they're saying is nothing on file so they gave me my car wash free today I didn't have any money on me so when I go back I have to pay for the fast pass over again I don't work so I would never pay for one wash I always get the fast pass ... read more
