Ordered a yard of Soil3 online and it was delivered in less than 2 hours. Driver was polite, professional and assisted me in placing it where I wanted. Definitely going back for top dressing.
11 Pallets , over $3200 spent and wasn't enough to cover 4900 sq ft. 500 x 11 = 5500 sq ft. We were hoping they would make it right, however, they told my GC that they couldn't do anything. Very unfortunate, there are a lot of sod places to use. After $3200 you would think they would make it right! PS. The SOD looks like Scotts below, very dry and dead. I should have read reviews before doing business with this place!
