Well I have used the Super Sod Charleston,SC store 3 times for my sod repair needs for my yard in Summerville. I have used the Centipede Grass Sod and the Soil Leveling Mix for the repairs and I can’t say enough how Great these products have been to use. I had a great experience with Super Sod. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in helping me succeed with my lawn project. Horrible experience. Placed order over a week out and spoke to a rep right after to discuss some delivery details. Scheduled for a Friday afternoon delivery. Call Friday and im told they are holding the order for Saturday morning delivery and sent tracking that says "2 prior stops and 8:34am delivery". This eta proceeds to add multiple prior stops and pushes my ETA back to 2:00pm. Doubtful ill see it then based on how this has gone. Jennifer and Terrence were super helpful on my visit! We have gotten about 10 cubic yards of soil over the past 3 years and our garden is growing and thriving every year. Great company, awesome products, and highly recommended!
