I’ve been there customer for 11 years. I got a really bad batch and told them that the sod sent was thin and recently aerated. I sent pictures and they replaced a few bad rolls after i begged, but I told them that i doubted it would take fully. A few days later i showed them pictures of what it looked like and they said it was a heat issue and I should wait a few weeks.
