Not only do I get greeted warmly by Liz and the gang at Dr. Meraz's, but the skill and service is terrific. Dr. doctor took his time with me and told me about options I did not know about before. Also, I had a toothache over the holidays and was able to text someone from the office who took care of calling in a Rx for me! I am super-happy to be a patient here.
As a snowbird, I had an issue with a crown and had no idea who to call. I went online, read reviews and saw Super Smiles had 5 star ⭐️ ratings, plus he was close to where I was staying. I called for an appointment, got right in, problem solved. The staff and Dr. Meraz are warm, welcoming and very professional! I now have a great dentist in the desert.
I have been going to Dr. Meraz for many years. Dr. Meraz, and his staff are always friendly and kind. They make you feel like you're part of the family. The reception clerks are always friendly and send me reminders of my appoinment. The dental hygienist has always been gentle and thorough, and have done a great job. One of my caps fell out last night and this morning I made my way to their offices thinking all I would be able to do is set up an appointment. After explaining my situation to Liz and looking to set up an appointment, she told me they would work me in if I didn't mind waiting - which I didn't! Yes I did wait but it was worth it as my teeth were x-rayed, my cap determined to be in good condition as to just require a re-cement. And I was on my way!
