my wife's vehicle came out of his car wash with damage to the rear trunk lid. the owner refused and said the damage was caused by a box. however our estimate for repair states quite clearly the damage is not from setting something on the trunk. So the owner of this company is refusing to fix the damage caused by his services because of the cost of the estimate.
I had my car detailed here. After getting the car home I noticed that I had a broken windshield wiper control. I went back and spoke to a manager. He took my information and nothing was done.
Absolutely not good! Went into supershine Came out with scratch’s all over the hood. I asked them to fix it. Rusty hesitated like he did not want to fix what their shop did but he attempted. His detail shop was too buff the hood. So I dropped it off they called around noon stating it was done. I got it home was looking it over and found a lot of compound still on the edges of the hood and they only buffed half the hood. RecommendedTook our car to Super Shine. Our car has 3 kids that terrorized the back area and I didn’t think there was any value left until we took it to Super Shine. Wonderful job guys really put the life back into our vehicle. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I paid for super shine... all I got was a basic wash and they raced through like a herd of cattle!!!!!! I called and complained they told me to come back well at that time I couldn't because I had an appointment at 3:30 but oh well I guess I'm screwed out of money!!!
