I called to book an appointment for my moms house in sandy springs. They explained the whole process over the phone and I was very satisfied that they took the time to explain. Two professional technicians showed up. They wore masks, shoe covers and took pictures . They were courteous and professional. Highly recommended!
Joseph was such a professional when he did the furnace cleaning of the unit. I was beyond grateful because my unit was totally cleaned by him. It was smoothly precise and tidied up. I had my a/c and furnace serviced and cleaned as well as my ducts cleaned and everything went smoothly for a reasonable price. Peter was excellent at keeping me updated on the progress of the work since I wasn't able to be there in person. Great customer service.
I had a great experience with this company. They had availability on the same day that I called, so within a few hours they were at my condo. Both of the workers at our home were very helpful and explained the process. My dryer duct system needed cleaned and part of it replaced. All of this was done relatively quick, and now my dryer is working well again. I would recommend these guys unerservedly!
