Always had excellent service when dealing with them.
I've only taken my car in twice so far, but both times it's been a great experience. They've explained everything they've found, what it means and why it's important (or less important, allowing me to prioritize as finances allow) - as a doctor who has to communicate in a similar fashion to clients on a daily basis, I vrey much appreciate this. They've been courteous and honest, and I will definitely be recommending them and returning in the future for any Subaru needs.

Use to be good until recently. I heard that a MEAN manager has taken over in the repair and does not want to honor warranties if they are too big and cost Super Repair money. My friend has been going through hell trying to get her warranty honored. She bought her second car and the engine blew up under warranty soon after purchase. I have bought three cars and do all my repairs and I can not believe how bad and how fast the customer service has become. I am hoping this is not a trend.
