Usually I have had good experience with them. They replaced my Subarus clutch and did a great job. However today I noticed one of the axles I had replaced by Super Rupair tore its boot open and threw its axle grease all over the wheel well. They installed them four years ago and while thats a decent amount of time, the OEM axle boots lasted twelve years before cracking. This boot completely tore open after four years. My 1995 legacy recently broke down in Littleton. A supposedly reputable shop there diagnosed several problems and wanted $600 for repairs. I got a vibe that they were not trustworthy so I paid to have my car towed to Super Rupair. Turns out all I had was a loose vacuum hose, < $100 for a diagnostic charge. Thanks to Super Rupair for being honest along with quality. And yes I love those massage chairs!
Great bunch of guys, I’ve been using them for years. They’ll bend over backwards to get your car repaired as economically as possible. They’ll recommend using used parts if it makes sense. They’ve never tried to up sell or over sell me. I trust them 100%.
Thanks to Annette for the new bumper for my wife's Outback after my little oops y in the Safeway parking lot! She pulled the replacement off a donor vehicle that was already in the lot and gave us a great deal and lots of helpful advice about performing the swap. AND took away the old bumper for recycling. Great used parts and first class customer support!
I bought a cheap ($500) used Subaru from Gary as a loaner instead of renting for a month. Gary found me something that ran and even bought it back from me at the end of the month-saving me a ton off of a rental. I have done business in the Super Rupair office and their staff is ALWAYS polite, accommodating and caring.
