Although this happened a couple of years ago, this still haunts me today! Jerry and crew did a very unprofessional job. As you can see in the attached pictures, they installed a sump pump discharge pipe right to my foundation. I called them several times to fix the issue and worst part, they ignored the multiple emails and phone calls and there was no response.
I noticed water stains on my dining room ceiling which meant it was comling from my upstairs bathroom. I called Jerry who came and changed the toilet seal hoping that would solve the problem without tearing the ceiling apart. It started to leak again and Jerry was able to pinpoint a pipe leak and repair it with minimal damage. He also referred me to a drywall repairer. I then noticed a clogged sink and Jerry sent his son Mike who fixed that quickly. I would highly reccommend them. Fast, efficient & clean.
Very pleased with Super Rooter and would highly recommend this company. They installed a backwater valve and cleanout and were prompt, professional, thorough and always on time. Answered all of my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. Really nice to interact with honest and experienced professionals who went above and beyond to address the problem and explain what work was needed and the timelines involved. Family- run business who obviously take pride in their work and care about their customers.
