Very pleased with Super Rooter and would highly recommend this company. They installed a backwater valve and cleanout and were prompt, professional, thorough and always on time. Answered all of my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. Really nice to interact with honest and experienced professionals who went above and beyond to address the problem and explain what work was needed and the timelines involved. Family- run business who obviously take pride in their work and care about their customers.
These guys are total pros. They have shown up quickly on multiple occasions to solve plumbing issues, and put a camera down our drain at no extra cost. They've even guided me through the process of having the city resolve issues that are on their end. I hope to never need them again... but if I do, they'll be my first call!
True honest professionals. Jerry, Rick and Glen were fantastic. They showed up as scheduled, got the work done in a timely manner, thoroughly explained the process, and the best part is they left the place clean and free of debris once the job was done. The had other great recommendations we implemented as well.
