His commitment to having satisfied landlord and tenants went well above and beyond what most agents would do.

In my opinion I had a horrible experience with this person while looking at a commercial rental property on Laredo. He told us that landlord had agreed to everything and he even sent us the lease. To our horror everything changed overnight including the time frame for tenant improvement and the rent amount in the lease even though our requirements were always the same.
