Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They helped us get our pool crystal clear after the pool guy we hired let it turn green! We only use the help of this store to help us maintain our pool now!!
I used to regularly go to that other pool spot, but never felt like the employees cared, which wasn't a big deal until the lack of product availability brought me to Pinch A Penny and WHOA. Always a great experience here. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions. Whether it's pool chemicals, equipment, or advice, they go above and beyond every time. Friendly service and reliable support make this my go-to pool store.
