Born in the small village of Villa Jimenez, Michoacan, Mexico, founder Manuel Orozco quickly grew a passion for the native food of his country. In the late 1950's, Manuel settled with his wife, Socorro, in California with hopes of achieving the American dream of owning his own restaurant using his village's native recipes.

SO SO, SO SO......... THIS RESTURANT IS VERY POPULAR IN OUR AREA, WELL WE DECIDED TO SWITCH OUR USUAL LOCATION SINCE THIS ONE IS CLOSER TO OUR HOUSE. WE ORDER TAKE OUT AND WHEN WE GOT HOME OPEN MY CONTAINER ( I ORDERED A TOSTADA) THE FOOD ITSELF LOOKED VERY GOOD ALL UNTIL I FOUND A STRAND OF HAIR IN MY FOOD. I WAS SO HURT BECAUSE THE FOOD LOOKED REALLY GOOD AND A VERY BIG PORTION IT WAS.
