I've never had a worse experience getting my oil changed here. Sat in line for 40+ minutes waiting. Not one employee or even manager came to tell me it was gonna be a bit of a wait. Zero customer service skills. After one guy just started his shift he came and told me it would be just 2 minutes. Managers solution was to give my kids balloons. Good job Art! Needless to say I won't be returning
We went to Superlube St Mary’s and Pembina today for 2 different types of visits and the service was excellent! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend
