What an incredibly professional and knowledgeable outfit!!!! From the time they came in to the time they left they were respectful, gentle with their equipment and our home (put guard rails around the baseboards, etc.) and thoughtful. They asked many questions that I hadn’t even thought of. I mentioned our dog had passed away in the last year and we wanted to clean up some of the fur he left behind, so they asked if he had any accidents in the past so they could focus extra resources on those areas!
