very bad customer service manager and security guard are not professional they treat customer like criminal, they dont ask for ID to verify date of birth they ask for date of birth any minor can buy alcohol giving wrong date of birth rude manager and security
I was just threatened by their employee Soto Benitez Cesar Daniel to be taking outside for a beating. The cashiers don't even acknowledge you. Next time I receive the nasty service they're famous for, I will post the name of the employee and photo on the internet to be there for the next 2000 years. Nasty employees, nasty service. Our community deserves better.
I was there during the week and I had to buy meat but every time I go they have an error on there ad price it was like the 4th time I was really mad and talked to the manager and he drnt honor the price from the ad all he said was im really sorry😡

I like their price;it's reasonable;and the fresh fruits and vegetables;and other items as well. My neighbor and I come shopping at Super King Market in the Los Angeles location often.
Like a 3rd world country. Never answer the phone! Have they instituted special hours for seniors and disabled as the city has called for? Who knows? I can't get an answer. Haven't been there in weeks. Ridiculous line last time I drove past 3 weeks ago. WTF??????
The first I’ve gone there was a week ago being the closest to the house and in the middle of this pandemic. I went between 5-6PM and they still have employees trying to fill the empty shelves. Although not everyone seems to be familiar with products they’re selling or could be a communication gap, my overall experience is still good.
