The worst nail salon ever, so unprofessional. I had a terrible experience at this nail studio. First of all, they didn’t even have the most basic colors—how does a nail salon not stock classic shades? When I asked for a simple color, the staff acted like it was an unreasonable request. Instead of listening to what I wanted, the nail artist and her friend jumped in and convinced me to get a different shade, insisting it would look better. I always have a good experience here. Today I got it with Lily and she did a great job, very kind as well. I also always book with Valerie, she’s also so amazing! I highly recommend to everyone to come here. It’s always a good experience.
I went for my waxing eyebrows. The lady who did my eybrows waxing was unable to perform also her communication was so rude . I dont find there welcoming gesture towards customer . I don't think i ever go back .Such a poor service bad and super rude behaviour . I suggest everyone to better to go in some other Nail and Spa .
Came in for a gel mani after the new owner took over and loved it! My nails have never looked better. Def found my new go to for a mani
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I walked in after 10:30 am today (Monday) but because I didn’t want to do a full set and simply wanted to fix a broken nail - the lady proceeded to tell me that they’re closed. Please note that it clearly says that they open at 10:00 am on Monday’s and the door is unlocked. Then when I looked at her strangely (because they are clearly open) she changed the story and said unless I’m doing more - they can’t help me.
