Great products with excellent helpful staff
Came into the store having blown a tyre on my child’s pram. The lovely man not only lent me an air pump to fix it but also changed the inner tube for me as I was struggling with a toddler trying to help and then didn’t charge me a cent. Definitely did not need to go out of his way to help, but was so lovely about it and made my day a lot easier. Absolute champion.
Probably gone to this store 3/4 times. Advised me to purchase expensive parts and have them changed and when I got my bike back it was worse. I told them this and they didn't care. Other times they have been frequently dismissive and overpriced. They are salespeople and will try to sell you overpriced rubbish that isn't right or necessary for you.
Great service ! They help me out with a screw I lost for the bottle cage the day before a race ! Thanks so much ! Easy and with the smile
