Went and bought a tyre, 20sec later realised I needed an inner tube instead . Store refused a refund even though I literally hadn’t left the store, what’s the point of a small chain

Broke a spoke, brought the wheel in, they had a good match! Instant service, nice people there.
Great products with excellent helpful staff
Came into the store having blown a tyre on my child’s pram. The lovely man not only lent me an air pump to fix it but also changed the inner tube for me as I was struggling with a toddler trying to help and then didn’t charge me a cent. Definitely did not need to go out of his way to help, but was so lovely about it and made my day a lot easier. Absolute champion.
