Be cautious. I sold a brand new printer to this company, but they moved the back cover of the new printer to their defective old machine and pretend it is mine since serial number is on the back cover. But they don’t know serial number can be seen in at least two other places. And they are way too greedy that they even don’t return me the 4 new toners which are more than 50% of the total price.
