After purchasing a new house, spending 1800 dollars for a tile clean which left the floor in my new home the same condition as it was prior to the 0.9$/ft effort was a little dissapointed. Not suggesting they didn't try, just ineffective. Following the clean I was able to extract a bunch of dirt using a wet bounty towel from Costco that was not able to be extracted from the "super clean" super expensive effort....
