Actually, they deserve a minus star, I ordered 3 sign riders when they arrived, they were blank on the 1 side so I called. The lady I spoke with says it is what I ordered and I know it is not. She had a very condescending attitude and I suggest she needs to take lessons on customer service. She offered no solution and did not seem to care. Hard to believe this is the type of service they provide when there is a lot of competition.

Placed an order for two sign stakes to hold up my 2x4 vinyl banner. It came in ok timing and good shape, well-packaged. There is no way to attach the banner appropriately, and even if you can attach your sign, the stakes have to be facing different directions because they are the same side, which makes the sign look wonky. AWFUL - I placed the order and submitted artwork. They re-did the artwork and changed the font and colors of our COMPANY LOGO. I then sent them multiple formats of the artwork in vector and flat files. Instead of using those or telling me what was wrong with my art, they continued to send me proofs with different fonts on our logo. I finally ended up cancelling the order and they wouldn't refund me the set-up fee. They even fought my claim with American Express. You get what you pay for Read their policies. Why do they charge a $25 cancellation fee BEFORE anything has been done? If you are suckered in to placing an order, you will soon find out. They are amateur and difficult to work with. I canceled because I knew if they did print my signs, I would be out a lot more than $25 when I had to re-order from another company.

Horrible customer service. It took more than a month to get my signs printed. They don't respond to emails and when you call you just get voicemail. They also modify your artwork. The colors and artwork were off. The signs still serve their purpose, but I would much rather get something closer to what I ordered than deal with them again.

BAD Business – I placed my order with this company for 200 yard signs totaling over $900. While getting everything set up and color matching Paul and Hector were very helpful in explaining things to me and making sure order was correct.The order was supposed to be delivered around Nov 13th 2011 I called just before Thanksgiving and talked to Paul and he assured me they would get another order out to me and that they shipped it but there was a new UPS driver who screwed it up. Would totally recommend them! We think their signs are super great! The quality is top notch - we love the color and the lettering really stands out! So kudos to everyone at Super Cheap Signs who worked on them. Hopefully the signs contain good vibes that will get people to vote for our library project! The service and turnaround time was excellent. We would totally recommend this company to other people looking for lawn signs.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS – This was my first time to use Super Cheap Signs. I e-mail my order and spoke to a Rep the customer service was one of a much larger company feeling. I found the Rep straight to the point dry. I was expecting my order to have been turned around in a few days it was a week later and my order was not right. When i showed up to p/u my order was not very friendly enviroment. !! I will never use this business again. Never Ever pre-pay for anything its bad business !!

Super Cheap Signs making it super easy! – I just wanted to point out just how pleasant and easy my experience with Super Cheap Signs has been. Both Amy and Lidi were incredibly easy to work with and very professional. I ended up ordering a couple of banners along with some car magnets and yard signs for my new business and I am absolutely pleased with the quality. I've ordered from other "cheap" companies before and have not seen this kind of quality for the price so I THANK YOU SUPER CHEAP SIGNS!
