Stay away... Order elsewhere... I place an Internet order with what I wanted on the sign. Super Cheap Signs claim that they will professionally design the text. They forgot to insert my name, phone number and license information. They gave me a very hard time to cancel and didn't acknowledge of the cancellation. Furthermore, they tried to charge a cancellation fee. They do not return emails or phone calls and keep calling every evening to remind me that the proof is still on hold. Stay away from these unprofessional people.
Super Cheap Signs is AWESOME! I thought Super Cheap Signs was awesome! Their website is easy to navigate and order from. Great customer service and quick turn around. I will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to all my Realtor buddies.
Terrible Company, should be sued and put out of business. DO NOT WORK HERE, you will regret it. Management are complete low-lifes, they insult you, almost on a daily basis, one of them is so insane, he will actually physically attack you, this company should be sued. Would totally recommend them! We think their signs are super great! The quality is top notch - we love the color and the lettering really stands out! So kudos to everyone at Super Cheap Signs who worked on them. Hopefully the signs contain good vibes that will get people to vote for our library project! The service and turnaround time was excellent. We would totally recommend this company to other people looking for lawn signs.
Horrible customer service. It took more than a month to get my signs printed. They don't respond to emails and when you call you just get voicemail. They also modify your artwork. The colors and artwork were off. The signs still serve their purpose, but I would much rather get something closer to what I ordered than deal with them again.
Great Online Experience I was a little hesitant to order signs from a company online. I thought that I would need to do business with someone local to make sure that they clearly understood what I wanted. You get what you pay for Read their policies. Why do they charge a $25 cancellation fee BEFORE anything has been done? If you are suckered in to placing an order, you will soon find out. They are amateur and difficult to work with. I canceled because I knew if they did print my signs, I would be out a lot more than $25 when I had to re-order from another company.
Super Cheap Signs is Affordable and Professional We have used Super Cheap Signs for several of our marketing items - signs, decals and full-color banner signs and we've found them to be Super Cheap and Super Professional. The one time we did have an issue with our order (our fault and before print) we called, they were very helpful and made the change without a hassle. We tried another online printer before we found Super Cheap and the quality was not that good. We've found our printer now, though. Thanks Super Cheap Signs.
