Actually, they deserve a minus star, I ordered 3 sign riders when they arrived, they were blank on the 1 side so I called. The lady I spoke with says it is what I ordered and I know it is not. She had a very condescending attitude and I suggest she needs to take lessons on customer service. She offered no solution and did not seem to care. Hard to believe this is the type of service they provide when there is a lot of competition.
Placed an order for two sign stakes to hold up my 2x4 vinyl banner. It came in ok timing and good shape, well-packaged. There is no way to attach the banner appropriately, and even if you can attach your sign, the stakes have to be facing different directions because they are the same side, which makes the sign look wonky. While they did respond fairly quickly when I asked to return them (within the required time frame, and with pictures), I was told they would only issue a credit and the return shipping would be on me. ... read more
