Maybe they're better in person? I presented an all cash offer and they refused to negotiate on price. Strike 1. Their purchase process is a clunky piece meal. It's 2024, electronic signatures are a thing. And also pony up for a prepaid mailer, especially when someone is paying all cash. Strike 2. Less than 24 hours from vehicle delivery and I'm still in the dark on when they're arriving, who to expect, etc. I don't even have a contact. I've had better customer service experiences at truck stop gas stations. Strike 3.

We had been shopping for a used truck online and happened to see three different trucks on their lot that we wanted to see. Rather than buying one of those three, we settled on another truck that caught our attention. Super Cars has a great selection of vehicles and Chase and Quan were great to work with! We ended up trading two vehicles for the new truck and they made the process very easy. Their prices are very reasonable and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase our next vehicle from them! Chase is the salesman I delt with. He was knowledgeable of what he had on lot. He understood what I wanted and did not try to push a car onto me. He was patient and got me into what I wanted. Quan was a wizard on helping me get the finances and insurance figured out. You can't find a better team than them.
